While we were taking pre-marital counseling with Pastor Sam Oh and his wife Gina, they mentioned how nice  it would be to get a tour of Rice with their kids to get their kids excited about college. So when Sam offered to take them on a tour at the end of December, I didn't think much of it.

Little did I know, Sam had secretly orchestrated the tour and planned for us to give them a tour while our family and friends gathered and decorated the SkySpace at Rice University, where Sam went to school.

During the tour, Sam was starting to act odd and I started to suspect something was up. So when he "had to slip away", I was sure he was up to something- to my surprise, not only did he pop the question, but all of our friends and family popped up with music and bubbles to celebrate with us
