Ryan Le
Ryan met Sam in college ministry at New Life Fellowship and was Sam's roommate in college. Ryan and Sam have lived in the same apartment complexes, been in the same house churches, served in the same ministries and been close friends since they met in 2007.
Howard Shao-Bo Li
Howard (Shao-Bo) met Sam when they were sorted into the same (best) college at Rice. During Senior year, they both got closer as the only seniors who couldn't seem to get any job offers. They now bond over board games, Dave and Busters, and good food and travel.
Eric Lee
Eric met Sam in house church in college where Eric would ask many questions, and they got closer after Eric and Sam would have long conversations about the gospel, life, and love. Eric stayed with Sam for a few months after college, and they try to visit/talk with each other as much as possible.

Sojung Han
Sojung and Jieun met in middle school, but did not see each other for a long time once Sojung moved to the US. After Jieun moved to America in 2013, Sojung and Jieun have vacationed together somewhere in the US each year.
Jessica tran
Jess and Jieun met at house church when Jess started coming to New Life Fellowship in 2016. When their house church multiplied, Jess and Jieun were in the same house church and started to begin a much closer friendship.
Minhye Bang
Minhye and Jieun met when they both happened to visit house church for the first time together. As the only FOBs of NLF, they bonded over feeling the same and making their way through school and church.
Jieun and Jeeseon have been friends since 6th grade. They went to the same middle school and high school and both served in church praise team for 5 years. They are best friends with Sehmi Park.

Jieun and Sehmi met together in the 5th grade. They were never in the same school, but always served in the same ministries together at church. They are both best friends with Jeeseon Lee
Elizabeth Sok
Elizabeth and Jieun met at Sam's House Church before Sam and Jieun actually started dating. After they had started dating, she got alot closer to Jieun. They both bonded more over good food and making fun of Sam.
